Renee Raab Whitcombe is a former ad agency producer and executive who started Budding Family. After moving with her husband from Southern California to Ohio while pregnant, she wanted to find a keepsake book for her 17-month-old daughter to learn what it means to become a big sister. But there weren't any that she could find in the stores in Cleveland, nor on the Internet. So while in recovery from her delivery, she literally wrote the book Look Who's Going to be a Big Sister, and perfected it after coming home.
